i am attended to a gym club just for 2 months. of course theres lots of HBs. but the problem is they seem to be exercising over a year,having a such hot body.

as you see i cannot even be compared to the studs working out for years at first place. any skills i developed in outer life does not take effect in club since i am just a weakling next to the boar lifting 80 kg once.

for example i am also singing in 3 differrent local bands,but this cannot be a charming thing as long as she doesn't know even care about it.

won't she be chosing the orc to talk? if yes then how can i start...?

(i am working on 20 "Hi" tactic right now

I think one of the first places to start is by taking the humble route. You're new to gyms and haven't developed the body yet so play on that. Go up to one of the girls and ask what equipment they use, regiment, etc. that got them the body they have. This will flatter them since they obviously care about their bodies but will also give them the peace of mind knowing that you're not just picking up on them. After you initially talk to them, act like you know them like a friend every time you see them. This will make for good social proof too.

Don't try and "measure up" to the buff guys there because it's not worth it. Most of the girls there aren't impressed by that anymore since they see it all the time. Instead, act like a normal friendly guy trying to improve himself.

Also, don't try and wear things to the gym like you're buff if you're not. Try and wear things that are loose, dark, and slimming that will hide the bad and promote the good. Black does wonders.

Tell me how it works.

The other PUAs don't post much but the ones who still do seem to have really good advice. EX AFC is always helpfull.

yeah thats my plan if i help out everybody who needs help the best i can they come back and develop skills and help me out :D.

Really good advice from AE, also if u want to get bigger at the gym tehre are great pages on the net about it. Also try creatine if u have some cash, i personally dont use it but know people who swear by it. Im gonna start using it soon so ill let you know how it goes.

=))) hi... as i mentioned i was trying 20 "hi" technique since i failed in 3s rule, you won't believe but it worked!!!

nearly 15 days after the first firendly "hi" she jumped and taked to me at the middle of the whole club. every guy stared at us long time. i went the path you drew me AE  so i could develop further conversation.

finally to find that she's a SELFISH BLURTING BITCH! who is not really fun... i intended to hit some neg's but at slightest one she was like "so thats your idea, now get lost!"... i am absolutely sure that i played my card right, 'she' was the problem.

but i'm so happy that it finally came to the point i wish. "she" come to me nevertheless.but now i am who's turning her down =))

I think asking for help is great advice. As you're not a gym monkey it's totally valid too and girls like to help.

Say
'Hi, 'you' -emphasis seem nice. (as if others don't)
I don't really know what I'm doing (optional: and I don't want to ask the 'hulks' 'cause they'll probably try and make me break the pain barrier: reason for asking her). I want to get fit, could you help me out?'

Then get her name.
Answer her questions.
Thank her.
Ask when she comes.
Leave her alone, do some work.
Talk to her later or next time you come.

Then ask her if she likes music - next time.
Then invite her to your show.
Get her phone number/email.

Few things to have in mind at the Gym.
If she is listening to music ir is very hard that she will get of of it to talk to you who she doesnt even know you. Girls at gyms  listen to music for two reasons They dont like the music playing and want to be entertain to jog more. Or because they used as a shield from starved sex men. If you glance at a girl at the Gym and she mantain eye contact dont imediatley go and start a conversation. Wait for her to go to a water brake, and if she takes the head phones off then you know what to do.

Girls joing the gym to work out and there they are sweety and probably dont smell their best so they will not talk to you that much if they are not confortable give them space.

Asking them for help is good for the first few days you start at the Gym if she sees you there every week and you ask her about a machine she will more likely help you and keep going. They want you try hard picking them up

Do not think that because she asked for your help at a machine she wants to go home with you that night.

Dont try to do more when she is noticing you.

Gyms are not the best places to pick up girls because they are not places where a girl  would like to be picked up. Try other places. I have found that Bookstores/Libraries are good places to start. Find a place where Girls go to do something they could easyly do otherplaces such as ,reading a book, without having to be worried about gettting a blow of useless pickuplines. The gym is probably the worst place.

Gyms are a great place 2 sarge. Really EZ if your gym has classes. Join a class. Most classes will have a core group that returns 2 the same class week after week. Very EZ 2 feel like you have an automatic in because of this.

My gym has a weekly kickboxing class taught by a certified karate instructor. Great class. Always full of HBs and maybe 1 or 2 other guys. EZ to make EC during class and fun 2 bust HBs in a cocky + funny way during water breaks and after class on stuff they do wrong.

Example:

If a HB misses a week, bust her on it.

Me: "Where WERE you last week?" I'll ask this with a BIG smile on my face. I'll be loud enough so that everyone around can hear me say it too.

HB: "Well I had this blah blah blah blah..."

Me: "Remember when you were like in the second grade and your teacher would give you a star?"

HB: "Yeah?"

Me: "Well, because you are such a couch potato... (smile as you deliver this)  ...and because you are such a complete slacker...  and because you missed last week... and the rest of us were in here sweating our asses off...  I'm TAKING a star away from you!!!" I'll then reach forward and place my palm on her forhead. I'll curl my fingers into the hair right at her hairline. I'll then pull my hand away letting her hair slip through my fingers as I do so. The looks of amazement and wonder, along with the smiles, say it all.

HBs that I do this to almost always come up and talk to me later.

HBs that see me do this almost always come up and talk to me whenever they see me - even on the floor when I'm weight training and listening to MY music.

HBs not part of the class who see me talking with HBs from class smile and give me EC whenever they see me.

Try this or something very much like it. Guarantee you'll be amazed at what happens.

Problems with gyms IMHO:
- Catching her metween a machine and the other, unless you both dont mind the awkward situation of talking while one is exercising.
- Procrastination: I tend to procrastinate because I have my training schedule to keep me busy

I dont mind the bigger foks, after all muscle is a plus but nothing that should keep us from doing our stuff.
