Personally, Im at the stage where I refuse to put up with any bullshit at all because I've already put up with a hell of a lot more than anyone ever should. No one should have to put up with the kind of bullshit that would make this pattern justifiable. However, I would say it's a good pattern to use in a certain circumstance. If you are personally screwed from her leaving you, it can be useful. In the circumstance where you have a child and she's screwing other people. By all means, use the door pattern on the bitch.   I a normal situation, with a woman you aren't "stuck" with, the door pattern is pretty evil. There is one more example that I think can justify the pattern. If you use it on someone because they have a drug/alcohol/gambling addiction and are seriously fucking up their lives. If you are important to her, you could likely use it to have her seek the help she needs.   Therefore, I think it should only be used as a desperate measure for self-preservation or as a means to salvage her from self-destruction. But hey, use it however you want, just remember that whoever you use it on will be insecurely attached to you.
