SHR Newbie     OK, I met this hot chick with her chubby friend at a mall, they were window shopping. I made some eye contact with both of them, and as soon as I realized some positive response,  I walked to them, they were talking about whether some stuff in store was beautiful or not. I turned to the hot one and asked what item you talking about. The chick looked at me for 2 seconds and said “this one”. After wards, I continued walking with them. At first they paid little attention to me, but little by little, they became more friendly. At some point the chick asked me “don’t you wanna leave” I said “no” and continued to walk with them and talk with them. During this period I asked some questions (name, age, …) got some answers, made a compliment on her cloth, she retuned the compliment and said she liked my shirt. We got out of mall, got in my car, we had a drink in my car. The chubby girl wants to go home. I gave her a ride. After that I suggest the chick a coffee, she accepted. When we were drinking coffee, she said she does not want to be my girl friend. She just wants to know each other, “just be friends” stuff you know. I asked the reason, She said she doesn’t want to be committed to some guy, and does not want be hurt (when I dump her,… you know). She said “we should not proceed too much”. I said “we will proceed and see what happens”. She also asked whether I have a girl friend. At last I took her home. She gave me her office number, she did not want to giver her cell number, but I persisted and got it. Now I don’t know what’s in her mind. There are very mixed signals. Positive signals: - She was very friendly - She laughed a lot. - We had prolonged eye contact with each other. - She touched my cheek when we were drinking our coffee. - She gave me her office number - She called my name always, - She asked if I have a girl friend Negative signals: - She said to be just friends - She reluctantly gave her cell number What I want to do is wait for 3-4 days and after that I’ll call her office. She works in an insurance company. I told her I have some insurance questions. I’ll call, some small talk on the phone, I’ll ask the questions, I’ll hang up. No request for a date at that day. A few days later I’ll call again and tell her I have schedule for the evening and she can join me if she like. OK guys tell me: Is she interested or not? Is my plan for calling her OK? Total Posts: 1 | Joined June 2006 | Posted on: 2:06 pm on June 27, 2006 | IP Aniken Newbie      SHR, Sounds like a good plan to proceed with.  It's solid, not too pushy and allows for a good time interval.  Good recipe for success.   Even though you worked a good approach, warded off the obstacle, and had an instant date I worry that an LJBF conversation that early is a red flag.  If you get a similar vibe from her during the next playful set EJECT! Because there may be a rooster in the hen house, or worst.   Keep working on your disarming skills and remember that even though a woman goes with a nice set like this she can still pull out a form of ASD.  It's up to you to disarm, and misdirect before it gets there.  Let me know how it goes.  Be Well.
