Re: Dissolving of Relationship with "Bishop" (aka Michael Emery)


During all of the years in which I have developed and taught Speed
Seduction, I have worked to develop the best technology and tools
possible and provide these to my customers. I have always and continue
to stand behind my products and seminars. My dedication to customer
satisfaction has always been and continues to be demonstrated by the
full Guarantee which backs up every Speed Seduction^» Product and Seminar.

It is because of this concern for my customers that I must write this
letter. A situation has been brought to my attention that I feel I must
act upon, in order to protect my customers and my relationship with them.

Throughout my time working with Speed Seduction^» and related disciplines
of the mind, I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with many
intelligent and fascinating people. Most of these were students, and
some were colleagues with their own skills and expertise in related
areas of knowledge. From time to time, I have entered into affiliations
of sorts with some of these persons. Some of these person provided
seminars or training materials on their own, and I have endorsed them to
various degrees based upon my belief that they had something to offer my
students, and they would conduct their business in a fair and ethical
manner.

In other cases, I chose to form a more direct relationship with some
persons by having them as guests at my seminars, or carrying their
products along with my own within the Speed Seduction^» Catalog.

With any of these persons with whom I have been affiliated, I have
always held that their customers should and MUST be treated fairly. If I
receive information to the contrary, especially from multiple sources,
then I must take proactive steps to remove and retract any type of
endorsement, direct or indirect, so that my students and customers know
that I will NOT tolerate such behavior.

Regretfully, this is the reason I must address you now.

For the past 2 years, an individual known as "Bishop" (Michael Emery)
has been a part of the Speed Seduction^» community. He has appeared at
seminars, and up until recently, Straightforward carried products of
his(Straightforward no longer does so and has not since about the end of
March). On a case-by-case basis, I allowed him to be a Speed Seduction^»
Personal Trainer, providing direct training of SS technology to
individual students. When Bishop decided to begin a related business of
his own, I wished him well and understood that, to some degree, some of
his initial customers may have been those that initially heard of him
due to his involvement with myself and Speed Seduction^». I found this to
be acceptable at the time, because I was led to believe that he would
conduct himself in a manner worthy of the Speed Seduction^» community and
an affiliation with myself.

As you are all now aware, I have received a high number of complaints
regarding Mr. Bishop's conduct with regard to his failing to ship orders
of his book which he received payment for in advance. Additionally,
many of these people have stated that their emails to Mr. Bishop
inquiring about the status of their orders have gone unanswered by him.
I have attempted to get a satisfactory explanation from Bishop(aka
Michael Emery) but his answers did not satisfy me. The bottom line is
that the books were paid for and the orders were not received by his
customers.

Further, the following website which makes reference to earlier such
behavior on his part was recently brought to my attention:

The sheer number of complaints I have received from my Speed Seduction^»
students about this person, plus additional information which I have
come across that I will not comment upon publicly, leads me no choice
but to dissolve any associations that I have with this individual.


THEREFORE:

Any endorsements, either direct of indirect, express or implied, that I
have made with respect to Michael Emery, aka "Bishop" are retracted.

Mr. Emery is no longer allowed to in any way use my name, the Speed
Seduction name or trademark, or to in any way participate in any of my
events or the Speed Seduction^» email List. He is not authorized or
permitted to consult or counsel any of my students in Speed Seduction^»(R).


Should anyone be witness to Mr. Emery using the Speed Seduction^» name, or
attempting to represent myself or the Speed Seduction^» community or its
teachings, I would appreciate being contacted regarding such behavior so
I can take the appropriate legal action.

I am sorry for this interruption in our learning and look forward to
getting back to the Sarging.
