Tyler's 25 points are excellent. However, there are two problems with them:

a) They're not in a good format for quick-reference
b) They get you thinking about fighting the symptoms, not the causes

So I'd like to present sheriff's 31 points, a reformatting and consolidation of
the original 25 points useful for printing out and taking with you in the
field.
Each point comes under a subheading of what you're subcommunicating by
doing it - this will hopefully help act as a guideline for where you need to
improve your inner game^».
