The general gist of the book deals with not apologizing, not justifying
yourself, and not defending yourself. But I am not going to get into a more
detailed explanation, because I don't think any explanation of mine can do the
book justice.

I'd suggest you take a look at its customer reviews on Amazon. Or since it's at
most bookstores, I'd suggest you go through it and look up its 'fogging'
technique.
