At the risk of being called a nerd (NEEERDS!):
WTF? The Greeks, just like us, only wanted to have sex with the most beautiful
people. As far as having sex with "anything", if you read the stories
carefully, you'll note that when they have sex with animals, they're pretty
animals (the minotaur's father is said to be quite a handsome bull). The only
evidence I can think of that backs up your point is that Aphrodite is married
to Hephestus, but I don't think they knock boots. Achilles will only screw
Briseus (and maybe Patroclus). Agamemnon will also only screw Briseus. With
all the women in Greece, the Greeks fought Troy over Helen because she was
HB10. Agamemnon cockblocked Achilles and took Briseus, nearly losing the war
because of this, because she was HB9. Aeneas almost refuses to flippin' found
Rome because he wants to shag Dido. Why? Because she's HB9.5. Have you
noticed that no ancient conflicts were started over chicks with great
personalities? I don't remember what your point was. Um...so...to sum
up...Diomedes is king of the Neg hit, and Agamemnon was the original cockblock.
