Agreed..A long time ago I read a book called "The 4th way"
. Essentially it is a philosophy amalgamated from both ancient east and west
teachings that proposed the best way to permanent change is to change how you
think, act, and who you are at the core. The changing who you are part came by
way of joining a group of like minded individuals led by one or more teachers.

As much as we don't wish it is true, sometimes you actually need to give a damn
what another TRUSTED person thinks about you in order to progress.

As per usual another post with USEFUL information ( and practical information
for those who don't want simple pickup linesfrom Harmless. Thanks, keep
giving us the real diggy down.
