I posted a similar question just days ago......
Honestly just take the time and read the players guide in the home
page...get an understanding of the mind set to go about this. And
read check up on this board daily. And try to push yourself out of
your comfort zone socially, even if it's slowly.
And I would recommend the "Laws of detachment and sarging"
thread.

As I've said I am new to this too, but I would be lying if I said that
this site hasn't already impacted me in a positive way a couple of
times already.
