Fucking great point. I guess this is the main problem you have with some
indirect openers. Let me add, in my case, I DO have this problem exactly as
Tyler explains it.
There are two ways to overcome this shit:
1.- Re-frame those openers as "tactful and socially savvy way of moving the
interaction forward". An inner shit i guess.
2.- Just find your own way without opinion openers or other indirect openers
you feel are not suitable for you. Environmental related openers (like that
Tyler has posted) are my favorite ones.
Sometimes it's better not to swing against the running of the water, to put it
so. So focus in what makes you feel better and nonetheless try the opposite
once in a while to have a "taste" on it.
ITOH there are other questions in this subject you have touched. One of them is
about "motivation". Some days we are not in talkative/social state. There's no
need to open sets without a real drive to do it. If i've fucked a HB one night,
chances are the next day my sexual drive is not so high as to open any set. We
all have different sexual drives, and theres nothing wrong in not wanting to
fuck a HB some days. Am i getting old?. Probably, but who cares, it's just my
sexual drive and sexual life what is involved here.
Same in your case. You fucked you new FB on Thursday. It's perfectly natural
not to have a high drive on Friday or Saturday to open sets, specially if those
chicks are not making you feel like it's time for some action. A bad night
then?. Depends on your perspective.
There's no point in PUing just for the sake of PUing. At least for me. Think
about other areas of your life. If you don't feel like going to a football
match one day and you anyway go, don't expect to have the ultimate experience,
even if you are watching the awesome and amazing Real Madrid. LOL!. Think about
it.
