- Occasional web server time-outs or lock-ups:
Random, typically once or twice every 2-3 days when there is heavy load, otherwise only
once per week or less.
Page alerts are sent to cell phone within 2 minutes of a timeout lasting more than 2.5
minutes. Remote power-cycle reboot is initiated within 1-2 minutes of receiving alert and
verifying the outage, unless I'm indisposed for some reason. Full reboot generally takes
90 seconds. Total time from time-out or lock-up to reboot is typically 8-9 minutes.
- Misc:
If you occasionally experience slow response times or outages, beyond what is described
above, the likely situation is your Internet provider's network is not adequately reaching
ours or other third-party problem. In that case, simply try accessing again a few
minutes later or at a different time.
