Today, I went to the local Wal0-Mart and found this video for $9.99 and decided
to check it out and see if it lived up to the hype.

For starters, be prepared to do a lot of re winding. (get the dvd version if
you have a player that lets you repeat play certain sections, you will need
it.)

The video goes over about 4-5 dance sequences, including a bonus Pop Lock
lesson at the end. In my opinion, the first lesson, Brittany Spears "Crazy"
section was the best looking, and the pop locking section was the easiest, with
the fewest moves to learn.

All in all, not a bad buy if you want to polish up on your dance skills and get
a decent workout to boot.

I will warn you though, you will not be a dancing machine after the first,
second or even 6th viewing, but practice makes perfect.
