Dudes, I've been trying this for a long time, but I just cant get it right..

When you use cocky & funny its best to smile as less as possible, or at least
you should be able to smile when YOU want to.

The thing is.. sometimes when I say things or other people say things, I
smile/smirk at them, while I dont WANT to.. Its like an automatic response that
I cant control.

Smiling a lot makes you look insecure. And me smiling a lot might be because of
insecurity issues too, not sure.

Well anyway, you guys have any ideas/tips on how to control this 'facial
expressions'? It might come with more confidence...but my confidence has been
increasing lately, but the 'control' is still the same..

Any thoughts?

btw. It not just with C&F, its with every normal conversation..
