David DeAngelo had a pretty good tactic for gradual immersion or getting
practice speaking to women if you're uber shy. Start out with women who are
paid to be nice to you. Clerks and saleswomen. Pick a store like Bath and
Body works, talk about the moisturizer or hand cream. They'll want to apply
it. Some of this type of stuff should help you shed butterflies.
