I've seen this question asked a few times before and I think I recall
Tyler's exact answer. TD correct me if I'm wrong..
DYD's teachings are meant for AFCs who need to start into this. Telling
them to C/F all the time will help correct their overall problem, then
once they get better they can calibrate down.
