My view, is that if you're new, and having troubles, you might need to work
on internal issues before you even think about talking to women.

Take the most fucked up guy, who feels physically sick when girls touch him,
can't look them in the eye, and has panic attacks at the thought of
approaching.

He COULD go out in the field, every night, and MAKE himself approach.
EVENTUALLY he'd burn through all his issues, but it would take FUCKING
YEARS.

Going out in the field would just put him through a lot of unnecessary pain
and trauma, that could probably be dealt with in a few hours or tens of
hours of counselling or hypnotherapy.

If you're having trouble, I suggest taking the Personality Disorder Test
(http://www.4degreez.com/misc/personality_disorder_test.mv) and seeking
professional help if you get more than 2 or 3 highs.

If you're otherwise a normal guy, then get hold of everything Double Your
Dating, and start applying it to your life. Just find a Field to Study
ratio that is comfortable and efficient for you. Some guys might watch the
entire Advanced Seminar before talking to a girl, others might balance an
hour of DYD to an hour out in the field.


As a guy who has found moderate success through mASF, I have found the
available professional materials ESSENTIAL. The combined DYD stuff
(Advanced Seminar, Sexual Communication, Interview Series, and Mastery
Series) makes about 65 HOURS of material. I've listened to nearly all of
it, and found it all worth listening to at least TWICE. Seriously. Listen
to it all, an hour or so a day, at a rate that you can try things out in the
field if you like them. Then listen to it a year later, different things
will resonate.

I also rate Gun's Dynamic Sex Life audio VERY HIGHLY, I'd probably start
with that before DYD, in fact.
