Maybe you'd feel less shy in an anonymous environment? Go to a book store 10
miles from town and just force yourself to say hi to as many girls as possible.
Once you realize its not that bad, try some of the simple techniques in the
player guide.
Don't forget the 3-sec rule.
Depending on how AFC you start out as, you may want to look into some David
DeAneglo. I know he isn't that great of a seductionist, but it helps get you
out of AFCdome. It'll double your dating (interactions with women), I don't
know about lays though lol. It didn't for me.
Don't worry about the super advanced shit like the social matrix, group theory,
etc. Focus on just inner game for about a year. Yeah, it took me almost a year
so I suspect it takes about that time to drop your old philosophies on the
world as an AFC and accept the world as a PUA.
