I go to school and pass out when I arrive at home.
If I'm lucky I wake up at about 6pm. I can learn from 2am to 5am if there is a
test.
I stopped exercising because I always feel tired ... so no that wouldn't help
in my case.
Apples can help for a few minutes.
I could sleep the whole day and still be tired the next one.
I had the Pfeiffer virus 5 or 6 years ago ... before that I didn't have all
those troubles.
I discovered fastseduction.com about 4 years ago and I felt great mentally back
then.
But I was always too tired to actually DO anything.
I know a few people who blossomed after antidepressant medications.
No idea what your mind used to look like but that is something you might want
to think about too
(even if you think your self-confidence shouldn't be the problem)
