Get out of your comfort zone! Get a wing or join a local LAIR to see PU in
action. It will motivate you. I used to have problems and fears when sarging,
then I seen some of the guys perform and their results opened my eyes. Now I'm
getting results myself, and it's snowballing. I can't stop, I sarge whenever I
get a chance, and I keep getting better results. That first step is the most
important one, you have to go out and try.

One of the things that was stopping me was lack of a game plan. If you need
one, here are some general guidelines:

1. open
2. attract
3. qualify
4. rapport
5. comfort (sexual rapport)
6. close

You need a short opened and a few routines and stories to follow it up. You
also need a few rapport tricks, like teh cube. Read up on articles about
vibing, it has helped my game a lot. Try to have as many interesting stories as
you can and use them with routines during the attraction and rapport stages.

Having a game plan and material to spit out eliminated my hangups on
approaching almost completely. But don't expect your anxiety to go away
completely, and don't afraid to fuck up. My first 4 months of the game were
complete fuckups. Then 2 months I was actively learning and trying new stuff.
Now I'm at a point where I can get numbers semi-consistently.

Try to learn in stages. First practice opening. Get that down, start with
directions and progress to opinion openers until opening feels somewhat natural
to you. Then advance to the next step, try to run some material after the
opener. Baby steps.
