don't know it will work, but I say get on the wagon.
The theory behind it was this:
1) This social proofs me for now and lets me start again later, after she
thinks I'm "over her".
2) She will be disgusted with me if I hit on her because I'd be a cheating
loser so it would force me to fuck her off.
Anyway, I saw her walking down the street shortly afterwards. As soon as she
saw me she did a complete 180 degree turn and started walking in the opposite
direction for around 15 metres, then I suppose realised that she looked
retarded, so pretended to look into a shop for around 2 seconds and came back,
said hi and bye quickly to me on the way past and was off!!
Anyway I'm over her now ... LOL.
