posted on: mASF forum: Field Reports Discussion, January 1, 2004RIGHT ON! Reapproaching sets that may not appear to have opened well the first
time can open amazingly well later. In New York, I had one student reopen the
same set 7 times, and he later got the phone number of his target. At the last
Boston PU Convention, I made out with a girl from a stale set that I reopened
and almost got the lay, but ejected. Also, I reopened a set 8 times in SF last
January and got a lay from it. As long as you are able to reinitiate buying
temperature quickly through takeaways or if you are using short-set method,
reopening can work wonders.
