Time in the game is irrevelant. Time is just an emotion. I've met guys (even
veterans and well-respected guys) who've been in the game for years, and they
are terrible. I've also met guys who've been in for a few months, and they're
absolutely outstanding.
About giving 100%, to give 100% you actually have to give 120%. There's always
more, and truly outstanding people go above and beyond what's expected of them.
If I'm out, and I tell myself that I'm going to open 6 sets. Then, I usually
end up opening 10 sets. It's just a mindset, a psychology if you will, where
you just committ to doing the best that you possibly can. Rather than compare
yourself with other people, you compare yourself with the best that you
possibly can be.
