day2s. I could be in a so-so state, but then after a few phone calls, I'm
feeling great.
The next key is being able to change your state at the drop of a dime, which is
something that I'm still working on. Emotions are like Muscles. You can buld
them, so that you only experience the ones that you want on a day to day basis.
