It sounds like she's communicating with you in her second language. So most of
the verbal game discussed her will not be useful, since it assumes similar
cultures and subcommunication. So you must fall back on non-verbal game, this
is body language and kino.

My advice is to start leading her physically, grab her hand and lead her around
the venue, doing many "mini" venue changes within the club, kino her, eye lock,
kiss, then mini venue change, do this a couple times and she will be worked up,
then make a lame excuse to leave the club, like you got something new at your
place and she has to see it, it doesn't matter what the excuse is or how bad it
is, I think in most cultures that is the standard protocol to extract a girl
from a venue for sex.

I agree with PlayerSupreme's #1 point. #2 will come across as insecure, just
disregard it and ignore her calling you boy, unless you get the feeling that
she knows that it might be taken as a put down and she is doing it on purpose
to test you, which would be the case if english was her first language, I think
she sees it as the equivalent of girl and she doesnt mean anything negative by
it. If anything you could explain to her the proper use of the words "boy",
"guy", "man".
