incredibly insightful, there are a few terms and techniques that I feel have
not been adequately explained.
My first question is:
How do you "pattern", what exactly is it, and how does it work? Any
examples you could provide would be helpful illustrating this technique.
Second question:
While I understand what "anchoring" is, it is unclear to me as to how I'm
supposed to anchor a certain positive idea or suggestion to myself. Again,
any examples would be helpful.
