Also read the article and went to the bb forum and checked it out.

Anyhow I also had the same problem you described. When I came conscious of
doing it I noticed the only time I do it is when I am standing waiting on
something in a passive state like at the cashier for example or when I am
actively walking to get from point a to point b. Thing is when I catch myself
doing it I always slow down. And it is more so the head youll notice that goes
down compared to the eyes. So it not only has to do with being in a passive
state or idle but with your posture. Youll probably notice you do it more from
walking or standing idle some where than sitting. Nevertheless it's the head
going down not the eyes. And could have to do with your posture. Anyhow what I
have done is if I find myself doing it, and I still do once in a while, I'll
instantly realize it's happening and slowwwwwwww down my movements and
instantly start moving in a slower more purpoeful manner and keep the head up.
